Cambodia Welcomes a New Era in Air Travel
Techo International Airport (KTI) is now Cambodia’s new main international airport replacing Phnom Penh International Airport as of September 9, 2025.
Located about 26 km south of the city center, in Krong Ta Khmau (Kandal Province), the airport is easily reachable by car or ride-hailing apps like Grab, PassApp, and WowNow. On average, the trip takes around 1 hour.
